Bella is the writer and director of Leaving Paradise and hails from Charlottesville, VA. She grew up horseback riding in the Paradise Valley of Montana and then later the foxhunting scene of Virginia and is a sophomore at the University of California, Berkeley.

Addie is a co-producer of Leaving Paradise and from San Diego, California and Harrison is a co-producer and script advisor currently living in Los Angeles, CA, but hailing from Asheville, NC. They have both written, produced, and directed a range of short films and are the co-founders of Powerline Pictures. Tweet graduates the University of California, Berkeley, this Spring and Oswald is a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley both in Film and Media studies.

Lily Burris is a musician and filmmaker studying at NYU TISCH and is starring as Lu. Burris is from Vermont originally but has spent time living in Virginia and Delaware as well. She has collaborated with Bella on films for about 3 years now and this will be their 8th film together.

Maxwell is the Director of Photography for the project and hails from New Orleans and Seattle. He has worked with Bella on ‘Stoned Immaculate’ (2024) and as well with Harrison and Addie on “Tyrannosaur” (2024). He grew up around horses and is a self described “horse girl”.

Sakshi is the research advisor and a script advisor for the project. She is a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and a software engineer.

Megan is the fundraising and marketing coordinator and a native of Maryland. She attends Elon University in NC.
